Colorway New Balance 992 “Colorblock” is available now via pre-order.
It goes without doubt that the New Balance 992 was one of the star sneakers in 2020 as it was launched in a large array of collaborations with KITH, JJJJound, Packer and more. And now, with this brand new New Balance 992 “Colorblock” installment, it looks as if it will aim to keep its momentum rolling into the new year.
The pair has a very busy color tale, but effectively mixes neutral-toned overlays with layers underneath that are vibrantly styled. As they break between dark charcoal grey and lighter beige, the former is seen through the suede mudguards and mid-foot pieces, while the latter blends royal blue toe boxes, lateral forefoot molds and collar panels stacked on top with teal notes.
Via the laces and heel counter sitting just above the midsole, striking contrasts of yellow poke out.
In the’ USA’ heel windows that see through to angelic embroidery and grey, fence-like designs, as well as the jet black shade that is kept responsible for blanketing the tongues, treading and heightened heel overlays, more neutral characteristics can be identified.
If these 992’s seem like your tea cup, you can find them available for $175 USD now via pre-order over at Saks Fifth Avenue.
