Erica Abe Donates 300 School Uniforms In Jalingo
Former Miss Taraba, Erica Nuhu Abe in collaboration with Prime Planet (Makers Of Mr & Miss Taraba) have on Thursday donated 300 school uniforms to Kona Primary School, Primary a suburb of Jalingo metropolis – The Taraba State Capital.
The Ex-beauty queen who also doubles as the CEO and founder of Erica Abe’s foundation earlier today visited the students of Kona primary school and distributed 300 pairs of school uniforms to the students.
While addressing the students, Queen Erica Nuhu Abe said she made a promise to provide school uniforms earlier than now but the corona pandemic thwarted the plans by then and she is here to fulfill her promise.
Miss Abe added that she is setting the pace for them to emulate and also support people who need their support whenever they are chanced to. He also urged the students to be respectful to their teachers and not to neglect education as it is paramount to building a well-meaning society.
In a swift reaction, the Head Teacher of the school, Mr. Emmanuel Jubu thanked the queen and her team for the kind gesture and for being thoughtful enough to come to their aid.
Mr. Jubu said this particular act will motivate some of the parents to release their children to the school and it will go a long way into bringing more wards to the school. He also urged other well-meaning citizens to emulate her.
Other dignitaries present include the present Miss Taraba, the successor of Erica, Queen Grace Sunday, the Present Mr. Taraba, Victor Kimani, Miss Kuteb, Tsentop Akila, Pioneer Mr. Taraba, Usako Ubeh, Ex-beauty queen & Kings and the event was anchored by MC Kaycee.
