“Abeg Where Can I Sign Up For Close Legs Association” – Toke Makinwa Says

After the hashtag began circulating on Twitter, media character Toke Makinwa asked to join the stingy women’s association.

In order to block the practice of spending on women, the hashtag began after Nigerian men formed a collective named #StingyMenAssociation.

This led women to form their own group to fight the group created by men named #StingyWomenAssociation.

Seeing the hashtag, Toke asked how she might sign up in solidarity with the women’s association.

She wrote, Taking To Twitter;

“This stingy men association na wa ooo… Abeg where can I sign up for Close legs association #Wemoveeee”

Meanwhile Twitter users have reacted to her tweet, as some men drag her for saying she wants to join the stingy women association.
